The Centre for Child Rights and Business recently conducted a child labour prevention and remediation training for the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors Inc. (APSCA) in Vietnam, with over 1,000 auditors participating in person in Ho Chi Minh City and online.
Auditors play a crucial role in identifying child labour – 58% of the 1,000+ cases of child labour addressed by The Centre to date were uncovered through audits.
This training provided auditors globally with the knowledge and tools to strengthen child labour detection and respond effectively to cases when they’re detected. We are greatful for the engagement, feedback, and attention from all participants.
