The Centre is working with Save the Children Kosovo/a to deliver our Access to Decent Work for Youth (AD-Y) programme in Kosovo, helping businesses create safer, more accessible and inclusive employment opportunities for young people, particularly young people with disabilities. We support companies in strengthening inclusive recruitment, workplace accessibility and responsible young worker management, while helping HR teams and managers build the knowledge and practices needed to support young workers effectively.
